Portal access will allow you to

• View biopsy results

• Update medical history and medications

• Access patient statements.

Instructions on how to access the Patient Portal:

• To access the patient portal, please contact the office to request access.

• You will receive an email from us to sign up for the patient portal. The link will expire in 72 hours. If you do not register in that time frame you will need us to resend the link. Please let us know and we will happily do that for you!

• The email will come from welcome@modernizingmedicine.com with the subject "Welcome to your Zarka Dermatology Patient Portal"

• You can click on the "Activate Account" button to set up your account. Your username is the email address that you provided to us at your visit. You can view laboratory results and pathology results in the patient portal.

• If you navigate to the "My Health" tab you are able to update your medical history, medications, etc before future appointments if you would like to do so.
